In 2021 the Kennel Club produced its evidence based Breed Health and Conservation Plan for the Hungarian Vizsla. The KC worked with our Breed Health Coordinator to establish the breed’s most important health problems, and how these might best be mitigated. The discussions resulted in a plan of action detailing the next steps to be taken by the KC and by the breed clubs to achieve improvements in breed health
The Hungarian Vizsla Club and Hungarian Vizsla Society were consulted on the plan – and agreed its final draft
